Beginners

Our Beginners classes introduce students to the fundamentals of Shotokan Karate in a friendly, structured environment.

Learn the basics of movement, stance, strikes, blocks and kicks while developing confidence, discipline and fitness.

Perfect for: New students and those with little or no previous karate experience.

Intermediate

Build your skills and take your karate further.

Intermediate classes are designed for students who have developed a strong foundation and are ready to improve their technique, kata, kumite and overall understanding of karate.

Perfect for: Students progressing through the Kyu grades.

Advanced

Refine your karate. Raise your standard.

Our Advanced classes are for committed students 3rd Kyu and above who are ready for more demanding training.

Focus on advanced Kihon, Kata, Kumite, Bunkai, timing, power, speed and preparation for higher grades and competition.

Perfect for: 3rd Kyu and above.

Squad Training

Squad training is for students looking to take their karate into competitive training and representative pathways.

Develop your competition Kata and Kumite, sharpen your tactics and prepare for selection opportunities, including the NSW Squad and Australian team pathway.
